Terms and Conditions of Express Prep And Ship
Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) and Dangerous Goods:
Express Prep And Ship may accept approved hazardous materials (HAZMAT) and dangerous goods on a
case-by-case basis. All hazardous materials and dangerous goods must receive prior approval before being
shipped to our facility. We do not accept perishable items that require refrigeration or specific temperature
controls.
Inventory Management:
To ensure a smooth flow of inventory, all items with the proper ASIN numbers must be listed on the
provided Google Spreadsheet and entered into Amazon before we receive the products.
We will not be responsible for mislabeled items if the shipping party fails to provide accurate tracking
information and proper ASINs.
Storage Fees:
Inventory stored at our facility for more than thirty (30) days may be subject to storage fees at the current
rates established by Express Prep And Ship. Storage fees will continue to accrue until the inventory is
shipped, removed, disposed of, or otherwise resolved. Failure to pay storage fees may result in the
inventory being deemed abandoned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Damaged, Problematic, or Unclaimed Items:
We will provide pictures of items that are damaged or have issues. Inventory remaining at our facility for
more than 30 days without communication, payment, or instructions from the owner may be deemed
abandoned and may become the property of Express Prep And Ship at our sole discretion. We reserve the
right to donate, dispose of or otherwise handle such inventory as we deem appropriate.
Mislabeled Products:
In the event of mislabeled products, you must send us the affected items along with documentation from
Amazon stating the products are mislabeled. If the error is determined to be the fault of Express Prep And
Ship, we will correct the issue at our expense, either a credit to your account or payment whichever we see
fit.
Insurance:
Express Prep And Ship does not insure your products. Insurance is the sole responsibility of the inventory
owner.
Payments and Fees:
Invoices and signup fees may be paid through PayPal using a credit card. A PayPal account is not required.
If this is not possible, other payment arrangements may be made.
Unpaid Invoices:
Invoices are sent on the 1st and 15th of each month. We reserve the right to retain inventory for unpaid
invoices. Additionally, a $20 late fee will be added to invoices that remain unpaid more than five (5) days
past the due date.
Right to Refuse Service:
Express Prep And Ship reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Confidentiality:
We will not disclose or use any supplier, sourcing, or client information with any outside third party.
Price Changes:
Express Prep And Ship reserves the right to modify, increase, decrease, or otherwise change its service
pricing, fees, and charges at any time without prior notice. Current pricing will be made available through
our website, invoices, or other company communications.
Limitation of Liability:
Express Prep And Ship shall not be liable for losses resulting from carrier delays, Amazon receiving
discrepancies, warehouse incidents beyond our reasonable control, inaccurate information provided by
clients, or actions taken by Amazon or other third-party service providers.
Acceptance of Terms:
By sending inventory to Express Prep And Ship or utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have
read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
